This clown has trying moving these for quite sometime now.

He should just break the auctions down into one pound lots and be finished with them already, otherwise he'll never sell them. Maybe he only likes the attention?
Rest in Peace

You have to ask yourself, where did these come from?
That's probably easily over 1 million coins there.
I would bet the majority are 40's and 50's LWC's.
Hey, only $8,000 a month for 10 months (no interest).

That's nuts!

I showed my wife and threatened to buy them. Her reaction made my night!

I bet that seller is from the realcent forum. Judging by the empty flat rate shipping boxes in the background, he may have bought them in bulk from other members at 3-4 cents each. Think about it, if he did pay 4 cents each for them with shipping, then his cost would be $80,000 and he is selling them for an $8,000 profit. If he bought them for 3.5 cents each, then his gross profit would be $18,000.

Alot of work and transactins to be done, but a decent profit to be made if he gets somewhere close to his asking price.

I call BS. His English is very poor, and how could he possibly get that many coins? And how would he know there are steels and indians heads unless they were searched, or at least browsed?

Coinhunter,

ebay and Paypal take somewhere in the neighborhood of 15% of the sale price. If he sold them for $88,000 he would only receive around $75,000. Under your estimates he would lose $5000. Since shipping is free he is also losing several hundred more dollars. He'd have to be under 3 cents each for this to pay off.

Eric, you should change your word. It could be embarrassingly funny.
