It looks like you might have yourself a nice steal there Bryan!

I asked about Harlan Berk because there was an AU-58 indian quarter eagle selling there a few days ago that I was eyeing. I couldn't see any wear on it, and thought it could be MS-63 or so, although I am NOT experienced in gold coins. Then I went back yesterday and the coin was gone from his site. Thought you might have snagged it, as it looked very similar to yours and I couldn't remember the date.
