I also bought a roll of 40 Uncirculated 2005-D nickels from my friend for $6

I think you did alright, though I personally wouldn't pay any more than $3 for an UNC roll of 2005-D. I'm assuming that 1965-D nickel is just a typo.

Is the 1960 1C a small or large date?

Yea, from 1965-1967 no mint marks where used on nickels. But it seems like you did alright.

I also got a Thomas Jefferson 2007 P Uncirculated first day of Issue certified by NGC in that Lot.
