Silver Dollars At $30 - Coin Community Forum

lincsus Valued Member United States 200 Posts	Posted 01/13/2013 12:08 am Today I bought a roll of silver dollars (Morgans and Peace) at $30 each. Average circulated condition. Bought locally in LA area. ebay seems more expensive for silver dollars. I think I got a decent deal. Thoughts anyone? Report this Post to the Staff

Til he figured out he had a guy coming in and flipping everything on ebay. Now he's at $30 apiece. Best I can get a junk Morgan currently is my other LCS at $28. Report this Post to the Staff
Ed_B Pillar of the Community United States 4008 Posts	Posted 01/13/2013 3:08 pm Yeah, it is hard to believe how Morgans have moved up in price lately. A little over a year ago, I bought 24 Morgans from a friend of my wife for $24 each. All were fine or better quality. That was a fair price then but seems cheap these days. Some of the local shops are selling these for $35 each now and people are buying them! Buyers outnumber sellers around here, so even finding some in stock is a matter of being there shortly after one of the few sellers has been in. Report this Post to the Staff
