Hey guys question-

Ok, so when I was still collecting, Pandas would come in the sheets but not like they are now, 30 to a sheet and in a plastic tray so to speak.

when did this happen?

I stopped collecting most all of the world gov proofs/bullion in 2004 so this is new to me in regards to how the pandas are now packaged.

I believe the last year the pandas were double sealed in the airtite capsule and the soft outer plastic was 2005.
