Please advise if the silver content of 1 ATB Silver proof is the same as a pre-64 90% quarter. I think that they have identical silver content.

Pre-1965 Silver Quarters and 1992-present Silver Proof Quarters:
90% silver, 10% Copper, .1808 troy oz. Average Silver Weight.

"Junk Silver" Quarters are fractionally less due to circulation wear.
