Hi, I was Hoping someone Could Help Me, I Found this Year 2000 Five Cent Piece and Noticed that It didn't have any reeding what so Ever, I did think Drier Coin, but then I noticed it Does have a Slight raised lip both on the Reverse and Obverse Sides

It would be a drier coin and the slight raised lip is also caused by being in the dryer for a fair while.
