Looking at a friends coins this one has a split upper serif, but ahhhh circulated and damaged mint mark. Looks like a later die state than CC, but see some of the same markers.
Note same die scratch between 1 and 9.

The location is close, but the shape of the mint marks are different. On is thinner and the other is wider. The location N/S is correct. The die scratches near the 9 is in different angles. So I'm not convinced as it being the same RPM. The 009 is a North and this one appears to be a split upper serif. But circulation alters a coins devices.

I'm not convinced either. The markers are close, the mint mark worn and damaged so a different shape, but seems to be in the correct spot and orientation for a 009. I hoped to tell friend they had a rpm, not that it's worth much.
