VG-8 with some environmental damage on the reverse.

Hmmm... I think either a strong 10 or a weak 12. I recently sold a nice vg10 that looks similar to yours obverse wise... But your reverse is stronger. I don't think the coin has enough of anything to qualify as damage, so I'm not really sure what westernsky is thinking. I guess he is referring to darker toning areas on the reverse, but this is far from what I would call corrosion or environmental damage. I'm going to go with a low end f12....nice coin!!

F12 for me. The overall condition/appearance is quite strong for the level of wear.
