I'll guess AU 58 with a chance of Abt Unc. details with cleaning.
I'm not giving it MS because I don't see luster but it may be the photo..?

Not too experienced with these I'll say AU-55.

The detail does look AU but the coin is void of luster as noted above. AU Details - Improperly Cleaned is certainly a possibility. If it did grade problem-free it would likely be netted to XF45 or AU50.

Too many details to be an XF and its too clean to be a AU 50 IMHO. Clean AUs with eye appeal are often 58.

1. It's luster Jon, not "lust". And luster plays a major roll in AU grades. 2. Wear on incuse coins is primarily noted in the fields down to AU50 because the devices are lower relief (incused) beneath the fields. Taking a close look at this coin's fields we see they are far from clean. 3. A coin being "netted down" means it has better remaining detail than the assigned grade but was marked down numerically for problems and given a lower problem-free grade. I doubt that happened with this coin and would guess AU Details - Improperly Cleaned as most likely. 4. Sorry for the monolog, I had surgery yesterday and the steroids are keeping me up all night. :(

I'm guessing a solid AU-55. Can't say anything about cleaning without it in hand. Purdy coin nonetheless!

BH1964, "Lust" was a typo, thanks for pointing it out. Was also up all night!

This is a tough one to grade, because the pics are done in a way that would hide any obvious cleaning. The overall lightness in color makes me think a cleaning is possible. Either way, it has AU-55 details in my opinion, and is a nice coin.

AU53 with a good chance of a details grade for a possible cleaning.
