I have found a 1964 cent but it's nothing as copper color. It's more of a silver color.. Is it anything special?

Test it with a magnet and weigh it.
Let us know the results.
Most likely plated for fun as kuh85 said, but you never know.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

old school experiment probably dipped in once easily available Chem class mercury.
