It was in my change bag at the Toronto Coin Expo show... I sometimes give out proof and specimen nickel dollars as change to young numismatists...basically, an impaired specimen means it will grade SP-64 or less...
But this one did not have Garfield on it, when handed it over...

SlurExe97... if you liked that 1974, fire me a PM, I have a 1973 with a similar cameo, also as an impaired PL - that you can have (for free, since you are a young numismatist).
