Need help identifying the rarity of this coin.

Machine damage on the outline of the bust. If it were rounded, it might be interesting, but most of the this is just a machine issue, not a doubled die. The bust was damaged during the strike.

Here is a cent with the same thing.

A side by side of the only example of profile doubling that is a doubled die compared with a MD cent:

On your coin the edge is like a step and not rounded downwards to the field.
