Buffalo Nickel Error Or Post Mint Damage?

Deb1253 New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 12/29/2015 2:36 pm I found this recently with other old coins. Admittedly I know nothing about old coins. I have researched several hours and have found nothing like this. Is it an error coin or post mint damage? I would appreciate any thoughts on this Buffalo nickel. The Buffalo nickel series is notorious for losing their dates over time spent in circulation, due to the higher relief of the date. Report this Post to the Staff
