First of all ,the coin came from Littleton Coin Co. from my past knowledge this company never has a coin worth that kind of money. they deal in low value items to attract Newbies. this coin is well circulated and the only ( so called error )
that looks like anything is; the right side dot after cents on reverse looks more like a D than a dot. other than that ,your guess is as good as mine.

Seller got confused about lamination error on the reverse. "Error" not noted by Littleton, and the coin isn't being sold by them either...

Raymo, the seller's Kennedy half looks like someone started to make one of those coin rings, but gave up because it was too much work.

was thinking exactly the same- I have one of those too!
I can't decide if this seller is ignorant or trying to prey on ignorant others.

The seller just replied to my message on why his coin is valued at $1,500.00---

I am sure that your Years of experience far surpasses mine , and welcome all input good , bad ,and indifferent. I thank you for your observation however if you take another look you will notice that the reverse of the coin shows little to no wear vs. The obverse side of the coin. If you would please take a look at the obverse side notice the impressions between the eyes and the ear as well as the wear on the outer rings That is almost non existent. I would appreciate your second opinion.

Any member want to give him a second opinion..
