This quarter is almost mint state and strike detail on the date and shield look stronger than average for pre-1925 SLQs. The flat areas on Liberty's breast and right leg look like the result of light wear. I don't see evidence of abrasive cleaning such as hairline scratches, but the coin looks so bright that I have to suspect it had a pretty aggressive dipping at some point. Without seeing it in-hand, I would call it an AU-55 coin that is trying to pass as mint state.
