Photo Grade is confusing to me when it comes to Indian Heads so I'm looking to the real experts (that's you folks).

With the B and the Y hardly full much less sharp, would you really pay EF money for this? What if the date was 1877?

The mark on the shield might be a problem that would prevent straight grading, too.
