1964 Dime, I Believe Its Silver But Would Love Help With The Grade

Even though Coins and Canada gives a value of $4.30 for an F-12 I doubt anyone would pay much more than BV for any '64 that wasn't at least AU given that 49 million of them were struck. All Canadian 10 cents 1920 -1966 were 80% silver BTW. So I don't think you did too much harm cleaning an F-12. You may as well dip it now and see if that black crud will come off.
