coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 05/20/2019 11:43 pm It might be a struck through plating foil from another coin? Almost looks like you can look below the foil? If it is not gray under that area, copper colored, then that is what it is. Report this Post to the Staff
