Sorry having trouble learning how to post and comment, but that is a 1999 mule die clash. Look on the left side of the coin close to the rim.

Maybe clearer pictures would help. I definitely see the clash but am not convinced it is the mule clash.

I have read two articles on this mule die clash and neither one states what the other die was.. anyone know?

It was clashed with another cent rev die. And the OP coin looks good.
