Other than seeing Die Deterioration on the obverse and reverse, I am not seeing anything else. The other areas you looked at are just damage that happened after it left the U.S. Mint. PSD.

Looks like intentional damage to the coin. Someone with (Like the Styx song) had: "Too much time on my hands."
