2007 P Jefferson Nickel With Orange Peel Look To 3/4 Of Reverse Any Thought

I found this 2007 P that has an orange peel like look to about 3/4 of the reverse with a normal looking obverse. Has any one seen anything like this, any information would be greatly appreciate, thank you in advance

Looking at this coin reminds me of a coin that was torched:
2007-P-Jefferson-Nickel-With-Orange-Peel-Look-To-3/4-Of-Reverse-Any-Thought
This coin was done as an experiment to show how much a strong torch could alter the surface. So a lower temp may have been used. That is the only thing I can think of that would alter a coin like that.

I do not think the torch would do the same thing on a nickel.
Worn die issue of some kind?

I don't know, looks wild with a normal obverse and a little bit of normal reverse, should make an interesting conversation piece. Thank you for your replies
