1987 P Jefferson Nickel With Maybe Two Cuds On Obverse, Help Please

I found this 1987 P Jefferson nickel that looks to have a couple of Cuds on the obverse just looks a little weird, any information would be appreciated thank you in advance

One Die Cud. One rim Cud. Separate events on the die.
1987-P-Jefferson-Nickel-With-Maybe-Two-Cuds-On-Obverse,-Help-Please
look at the die on the right. You can see how a Cud affects the die. Note also that the shelf that creates the rim is also taken out on the Die Cud. Then note the rim Cud is part of a separate even on this coin, the the die edge that creates the rim is chipped away.
