Doesn't looks like a DDO or DDR. Just DDD on the obverse and MD on the reverse. As for a grade, AU something.

@CJ18850 it has a lot of hits and wear, but mainly the amount of hits on the memorial on the reverse. Here's an image of a PCGS AU58 LMC, and you can see this one looks even better than the OP's coin.

Not a DDO nor a DDR. Classic DDD ( Die Deterioration Doubling), notice the flat, shelf-like appearance.
