This is a Justin II Half Follis, but I am struggling to identify the SB number for it. The thing thats throwing me off is what looks like a "T" on the bottom under the big "k" on reverse. Please let me know if you can attribute this

Probably SB 366 with TES or TE for Thessalonica.

Thanks, that is what I suspected it of being. However I am still confused with the regnal year. I have attached a picture of the page from my copy of Sear. It lists the possible regnal years. I am reading my coin as "uII / II" but I dont see that on the list. "uI / III" is on the list, but my coin doesn't look like that. Please let me know if you have any ideas on this issue...

Yes, I didn't quite know what to make of it either. I suspect it is an overstrike or double strike.
