Let us start with an update to RIC based on current thinking.

RIC has two issues:-

L SEPT SEV PERT AVG IMP VII and
L SEPT SEV PERT AVG IMP VIII

current thinking is that the IMP VII series does not exist and the coins RIC 466 to 471 are all mis-readings of IMP VIII coins. As such these two issues in RIC and BMCRE should be merged into a single issue all reading IMP VIII with a variets of legend breaks.

The IMP VII coins are:-
ARAB ADIABENIC
BON EVENT
BONI EVENTVS
FORT REDVC (Fortuna standing, rudder and cornucopia)
FORT REDVC (Fortuna seated, rudder and cornucopia)
VICTOR AVG (Victory adv. left)

The IMP VIII also includes some obverse legend oddities which have SEVER spelled out

BONA SPES
BONI EVENT
BONI EVENTVS (eliminating 468 above)
CERER FRVGIF
CERER FRVGIFER
FORT REDVC (Fortuna standing, rudder and cornucopia) (eliminating 469 above)
FORT REDVC (Fortuna standing, cornucopia in each hand)
FORT REDVC (Fortuna seated, rudder and cornucopia) (eliminating 470 above)
FORTA (sic) REDVC (Fortuna seated, rudder and cornucopia)
FORT REDVG (Fortuna standing, long branch and cornucopia)
FORT REDVC (Fortuna standing, long branch and cornucopia)
FORT REDVC (Fortuna standing, patera and cornucopia)
IOVI INVICTO
IOVI INVICTO (with SEVER obv)
LIBER AVG
LIBERTA (sic) AVG
MINER VICTRIC
MONET AVG
MONETA AVG
VICTOR AVG (Victory adv. left) (eliminating 471)
VICTORIA AVG (Victory standing right holding shield)
VIRTVTI AVG (Mars adv right) (Aureus)

I actively collect these and will share some illustrations below where I have merged the two series.

ARAB ADIABENIC (here we see the obverse legend ending IMP VII-I from which you can see how it could be mis-read as VII)

a more normal IMP VIII
