Real special piece here.. surprised he gave me the UHC it deserves as ICCS is very tough on grading cameo KGVI coins.

Nice! It almost looks like a mirror specimen. Got a picture of the reverse?

Cool!
First one I have seen.

Tho I'm not too keen on the "UHC"; why not just spell it out, especially now that they've created all that extra room for comments on their new cards

So hate ICCS, the last of the 20th c. grading companies.

The problem with heavy cameo is that some of the very fine design detail can be lost during the etching** process.

RAM went through a bad period in the 1990's, with etching for proof coins that was far too aggressive, and the fine design detail on high MS business strikes was much sharper.

In more modern times, most Mints around the World have seen the error of their ways.

** The etching can be done by selective acid, sand blasting or laser processes applied to the dies.

No reason to hate ICCS , they fill a niche in the market and offer a
Relatively respected opinion.
I know for one ( supported them since inception ) they
have made me a lot of money .
OT . a fantastic coin Will!

Personally, I don't hate ICCS. I love it but probably for the wrong reason as I have an extensive collection of very "funny" certificates. How about a "VF20 Red" or a "Specimen Winnipeg"? How about certified (and graded) forgeries and etc etc etc? Yes. I have all those coins and more.

Yes, I can hear people defending ICCS. Yes they fill an ecological niche . but you know, there are niches and niches.

While dealers and collectors don't care about learning how to grade, ICCS (and all other grading companies) make tons of money offering nothing but an opinion in exchange. Some grading services offer guarantees but that is not the case of ICCS who offers nothing but a flimsy plastic envelope, with "just an opinion" printed in the label. And what an opinion it is.

And to keep on topic, yes: that is a lovely coin. Congrats!
