1997 Nickel Possible RPM On Both Obverse And Reverse? Any Info Would Be Greatly Appreciated!

(Not DDD as the affected area is not in the direction of the rim.) No RPMs after 1990. So this is not a variety coin of either a DDO / DDR. Just a worn out die example with Machine Doubling on some of the devices. Richard S.
