This coin it is Type D IIIa1, RDV-004 issued from 1965-1969D as business strike. Very common for 1966 thru 1968 business strike. The marks for this type we can see on this coin even is well circulated, If was an D was an very scarce coin, the rest on this die type is common.

Yes, this was purchased at a LCS for around 10, and thanks for the attribution @silviosi
