looking from the Y in liberty, through Lincolns head to the E in WE. I think its a crack. may be the plating separating but I don't think it's PMD.
What do you all think.

I agree not damage, but that sure looks like a linear plating bubble to me.

I have to agree as well. Certainly looks like a linear plating bubble issue.
