Looks like an attached lamination issue on the reverse. It is still attached, but started to separate a bit. A small premium for this though.

Depends on how much they buyer is interested in it. The circulation would drop the value a lot. But in the 1-2 dollar range. If it were a memorial, it would be half that.

Thank all of you for your input. Just so you all know, I am going thru my Mothers coin collection that she has had since I was a kid. I'm 62 now. Still have a lot more to look at and I appreciate your input.
