Hello Y'all!
I'm new here and I'm hoping that with all your experience you might could help me determine what is going on with this dime.
I have a 1966 Roosevelt dime that has the strangest surface and I have no idea what it is. It seems to be bubbled up on one side and has only slight bubbling (?) on the front side by Roosevelt's chin. The lettering can also be seen in the parts that look bubbled up... Thoughts?
Thank you guys so much (in advance) for taking time to take a peek at it!

See these quite often on this Forum.
As stated, it is caused by heat which causes the cladding
to separate from the copper core.
