1990 D Lincoln Cent Strike Error ?

Bored one2014 Valued Member United States 89 Posts	Posted 02/07/2023 9:23 pm This just came out of a roll I bought Reverse of coin has a chunk of something protruding from the surface. The surrounding metal projects outward suggesting that the deformity originated from inside. The obverse has a hump directly opposite. Pretty bizarre to me. What are your thoughts?
