This coin had come out of a obw roll. In hand the 5 appears to be contact free as far as I can tell. I re-searched the entire roll to find another one but couldn't. The side by side of the 2 mostly full cent photos was posted to show what I believe was the work hub that was doubled. I think the doubling would have been rotational in direction. The resulting doubled die led to noticable extra thickness on the 5. "In God we" has minor rotational thickness as well from what I can see

The blue arrow points out a higher raised anomaly not from contact. Figured I'd say this cuz it just looks weird in photo. The area of interest on the 5 as seen in the photos looks to be thick and struck well without disturbance. The split on the 6 appears to be from the work hub the thickness on the 5 appears to be from the die? I could just be completely wrong also. Hopefully this info and the photos help.
