I'd call it G06 - scratched.

It's still a good example of this large diameter type but the scratch on Miss Liberty's neck might keep it from grading.

Is it G-6 bc the reverse has details even though the obs is pretty much worn?

Yeah, if the eagle were more flat it'd probably grade G-4.

I agree - the reverse looks VG8 with the obverse closer to G04.

A strong G-4 but could possibly eek out a VG-8 ($50+).
