Found this in some change I got back from burger king.
Looks like some sort of lamination error on the reverse.

Sorry but I don't see it. Where is the metal pealing up for it to be a lamination error?

well it is a proof coin, I don't see the lamination either, I can't tell if it is silver or not. Still a nice find in circulation.

Not silver but still cool to see in circualtion. Not a lamintaion error but really dont know the correct term.

Maybe you are talking about the small raised lip at the right edge of the reverse. This is called a fin and really doesn't have a premium when it is this small. It is caused by metal flowing between the collar and the die when the pressure is high.
