1999-P Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC - Need Help With The Reverse- "tripled Doubled Die Reverse / DDR ?"

chuckster 125 Pillar of the Community United States 4113 Posts	Posted 10/15/2009 6:14 pm I need help from the experts on this one. I just found this 1999P roll searching. Looking at the E Pluribus Unum- it appears to be triple letters. Is this a (new)DDR or is it just die deterioration/machine doubling? Thanks.
