This was one of the very first coins I ever purchased, in '08 with a roll of other halves.

I've seen plenty of toned coins, however not one like this.....Any insight would be appreciate.

Could go MS, can't really tell from the pictures, it's that close; tarnished, a few carbon spots, maybe took a gentle wipe just aside the date; overall, not a bad looking coin.

That's an odd tone for a silver-clad but it has great eye-appeal. Any chance it's an alloy error?

Alloy error has been my concern for a while, its heavier than all my other clads by .3 grams.
