Of course, the different is the mint mark "Thunderbolt" below the 5
This mint is at Poissy, some years, around twenties, made coins for Central Bank of France.

The image is a 10 Ctems. but is similar to 5 Ctems.
Below the 25 you can see the "Cornucopia", mint mark for the main mint of France "Regie des monnaies"
You can find, this varieties on your doubles.
