I received this bill by luck, I'm wondering if this is known as the two digit repeater.

Also, what would something like this be worth?

I believe it is a "rotator" note too since the number looks the same if you flip it.

Yep, It's a rotator.

As for value, it's in the $40-$60 range in this grade.
