this penny is from a mint roll, but you can't see any red on it it's purple/blueish/turquise mix. could it have been dyed wrong or is it probably just a unique toning.

I can't really tell anything from the pictures, except that they are indeed of a Canadian Penny, the young head Queen Elizabeth II.

I can tell you that Canadian pennies have a propensity for turning lovely colours. I have several specimens that have toned beautifully.
