I am going to be leaning for on die crack for this one. A die scratch is more of a straight line I would say or a straight series of lines. This one is all over the place indicating a die crack if I am not mistaken. I have a couple like this that go from top to bottom. Very hard to locate if your not looking for them. They always have a spot in my " die cracks, chips, lamination, etc error album. Nice find and a extreme example of that!

It looks like a die crack. Nice to find one that goes rim to rim like that. A keeper in my book.

The crack on the die leaves a raised area on the coin above the fields and tops of the devices.

I think that would be a Bisecting Rim to Rim Die Crack.

I don't think your die is listed on COC.

It is a rim to rim bisecting die crack. This type of anomaly is not to be confused with a split die, which it may turn into at a later die state.

I would very much like to put it on Cuds-on-coins.com. Please contact me through the the cuds-on-coins.com contact page. Thank you.
