Very Old Russian Coin? Before 1700-S?

mmerc20 Valued Member United States 372 Posts	Posted 11/17/2015 06:22 am I just got this old coin on a whim from an antique mall dealer but he doesn't seem to know what it is either. It looks Russian in design and quite old but I am at a loss. The language is not modern Russian and could possibly be an old style. There is no date I can see and it's about the size of a silver dollar. I think it is brass or copper. Any clue? Anyone seen this before? Mike Report this Post to the Staff
