Yes, I try to find the informations of this lost book, editor, & c.o.
Probably the name was simply : Confederate Paper Money... but I see so various authors : Cuhaj, Criswell, Fricke, & more.
Maybe this was an old edition, yes, but I don't find this book on the web.
I think the ONE banknote illustration of this book (on the front page) was the $500 Confederate with Stonewall Jackson; but I'm not sure.
I remember that there was low quality paper (photocopy) with different paper coulours : blank, pink, green, ...
and especially the dividers :
But an original edition...
