I'm not sure if this is a 1DO-001, I looked on c/c and the thickness of the 9 and 7 look the same. I couldn't match any of the die markers. any help would be appreciated.

The shape of the 9 and 7 in the date do look similar...maybe an expert can reply? Have you compared your coin to the markers here?

Okay, this is one small area where I disagree with the help I hve on the site. I do not believe 1974P-1DO-001 to be a doubled die. It's a normal coin from all I can see, and so is your coin.

All large date 1974 cents have a fat date. I'll be talking to Bob about removing that die from the listing soon. I don't think it should be there.
