Hi 77, I have gotten one out of a circulated roll from the bank. That was about a month ago and was a "D" mint. Go figure, and I am on the East Coast.

The 1983 is interesting, but not too uncommon.

The missing pedestal cents are die overpolishing. In recent years there has been so little detail in that area, making it disappear is pretty common.

The rest are just normal Lincolns with breaks in the typical weakest points. They pop up very frequently.
