Looking for another set of eyes, believing that this is the DDO-003. First sign is the die gouge SE of the date, but originally noticed the extra width in INGWT, with slight seperation lines in the letters.

I see something on the W in IGWT, hard to tell elsewhere.
But I do see the WDDO-003 marker along the rim below the date--that appears to be a match.
