It may have a slight premium, since it appears the lettering is in/at the rim. The premium would be higher when design elements are missing Report this Post to the Staff
spru Bedrock of the Community United States 12477 Posts	Posted 02/27/2017 11:56 pm It's either a MAD (Mis-Aligned Die) or an off-center strike but, you would have to post a pic of the reverse to tell. I can't help on the pennies, just keep searching. If you're unsure of what to look for there are books like the RedBook of US coins that identify some rarities and errors. Also websites like Variety Vista, Cuds on Coins and Lincoln Cents Online catalogue errors and varieties to look for. Hope that helps!
