I have this common 1922 Osterreich bill with very low serial number.
This particularity increases its value?

I'd ask triple it's normal value.

That would make it worth about $2.00 as it catalogs at $.75 in UNC.

The catalog is outdated, no dealer can make a living selling notes for $0.75. Minimum price of this note across a counter is $2.00. Then triple that for the serial number, it's around $5 to a collector who wants it.

A dealer would be remiss if he didn't set this note aside for a reprice.

I like walking into a shop where the notes are priced by the catalog, generally, I'm making 20% on the sale even without dickering.
