I'm new to this forum but I have a 1991-D LMC that has some doubling on the reverse. It really stuck out from the other cents when I found it CRH. Is this just heavy looking Machine Doubling or could it be true doubling? The obverse is normal without the doubling effect.
Yeah thats what I thought but this one seems quite stronger than other MD cents I have seen so I set it aside. Its all over the design and legend but its strongest at the bottom of the Memorial and on the words one cent.
PDD? Thats a new one for me, I've been collecting ten years and thought I knew almost everything! Learn something new everyday! Those zinc cents sure seem to have problems even whilst being minted. No wonder why they corrode so badly in circulation! Is it anything worth holding on to or should I set it free into circulation
